PROPERTY

Through collaboration with the Inspirit Foundation and with support from the City of Toronto, CCST has acquired two units at the former Artscape Youngplace building. The acquisition was achieved through new funding to CCST and did not utilize our settlement funds. Both units are actively being used as art studios and support daily production and practice. These units will be protected in trust and held in perpetuity for arts and culture purposes. The existing tenants will stay in place and continue to rent at their original, affordable lease rates.
